Milan – November 3, 2025

MAKE IT FUN – With “Make it Fun”, Fantic kicks off a new chapter in its story. An exclusive pre-EICMA
event marking the brand’s comeback with major product announcements and the presentation of the 2026–2030 industrial plan “Back on Track” — the roadmap driving Fantic’s relaunch: stronger, more innovative, and more fun than ever.
Hosting the event was Carolina Tedeschi, who welcomed the audience and introduced Costantino Sambuy, Fantic’s CEO since May 2025 and the driving force behind the brand’s new direction.
A pit stop to come back stronger – “When I joined Fantic, I found an extraordinary brand, full of energy,
talent, and passion. After a decade of major success, it was time for a pit stop: to pause, regroup, and relaunch ourselves on stronger foundations. Back on Track is our plan to get back on the track stronger than ever,” said Costantino Sambuy.
2025 has been a challenging year, marked by a slowdown in the bike and electric mobility markets and by a necessary internal reorganization. Fantic’s new governance now sees, alongside Sambuy, Gianni Nardelotto as co-CEO with responsibility for finance. With the Back on Track plan, Fantic is once again looking ahead with a clear strategy built on five key pillars. The first is Refocus: getting back to what Fantic does best — motorcycles, racing, and two-wheeled fun. Competitiveness and industrial sustainability: improving production efficiency, optimizing costs, and strengthening strategic partnerships. Excellence in people and processes: investing in digitalization, certified quality, and talent development. Client-first culture: enhancing service and relationships with the dealer network and customers.
And finally, Product: ensuring new launches every year, developed together with the racing department, combining design and performance in pure Fantic style. “2026 will be the year of transformation. We’re rebuilding the house from the ground up, with a clear vision and the determination of those who never give up. Fantic will come back stronger, more European, and closer to its riders,” concludes Sambuy.
2026 New Arrivals: Fun Takes Center Stage Again
On the Milan stage, Fantic unveiled the stars of the upcoming season: the Stealth 500, a naked 460cc
single-cylinder by Motori Minarelli — the only A2-class bike produced in Europe and the lightest in its
segment (just 147 kg) — blending performance and design in pure Fantic style. Alongside it, excitement is building for the arrival of the Imola 125 and 500, fully faired sport siblings set to complete the brand’s street lineup in the second half of 2026.
In the Caballero world, the lineup expands with new colors and technical upgrades, the new Enduro 2026 range, and prototypes of the new Fantic e-MTBs, confirming the brand’s off-road spirit also in the bicycle world.
A Celebration for the Fantic Community – Make it Fun was a true celebration of the Fantic world,
bringing together dealers, partners, and friends of the brand. An opportunity to share the relaunch journey and look to the future with confidence, driven by a story built on passion, performance, and Italian spirit.
With a new plan, new products, and a clear vision, Fantic is ready to write the next chapter of its story — continuing to do what it does best: making people have fun on two wheels.
