Another excellent performance for Cas Valk and Alexis Fueri, who strengthened their positions in the Championship standings.
The fourth seasonal appointment with the MX Italian Championship occurred at the Arco di Trento track. The excellent track conditions and the beautiful sunny day were the ingredients for the perfect performance of the Fantic Racing MX riders. Cas Valk and Alexis Fueri showed their ideal physical conditions one more time which took them to reach a solid result.
Riders were divided into two groups for the time practice. Alexis Fueri set the third-best time and Cas Valk the second one, so they had the chance to start from a solid position at the starting gate.
Fueri pulled away at the start of the first moto and was second after the first corner but managed to move to the front in first place after the second lap. Alexis held the position for most of the moto but was overtaken halfway through the race by a rival and qualified second. Although a tough race starts for Cas Valk, the rider rode a storming session and, lap after lap, increased his pace until fourth place.
In the second moto, both Fantic riders riding the Fantic XX 250 were the authors of excellent performance. Both of them moved at the front, and thanks to a solid race pace Valk reached first place at the first corner, and no rival could get closer to the winner. Excellent performance for Fueri as well; the rider took second place but had to let it go in the penultimate round and qualified third.
Cas Valk was second overall, and Alexis Fueri third. In the Championship standings, Fueri still holds the lead and strengthens the gap over Valk, who has second place.
The Fantic Factory Mx Team will return to action at the end of July for the EMX appointment scheduled in Lommel. During the long break, the team will keep working hard and training for important upcoming events.

Fueri firmly holds the lead in the Championship standings while Valk is second, and both strengthened the gap over rivals. We still have two races to go before the end of the Championship, but these results help especially Valk, who won the second moto, and Alexis, the protagonist of two excellent races”.
