Aron Canet will start the Emilia Romagna GP in Misano from the first grid position. 

Aron Canet picked up where he had left off at the Misano World Circuit. The Fantic Racing Moto2 star has been fast since the first session on Friday. In qualifying he further improved the track record in 1'34.935, taking his eleventh pole position in Moto2.

Xavi Cardelus did important steps forward in the qualifying to improve his performance compared to the Practice sessions. In the race, he will try to recover positions starting from P30.

Aron Canet: 

"I’m happy with the pole position and the performance today. We have improved the feeling compared to yesterday. My team did a great job. Tomorrow we want to continue like this and have a great race."
