Fantastic, fabulous, magnificent. These are just a few adjectives describing Celestino Vietti's performance in the Austrian Grand Prix.

Cele's today was a challenging victory. His race was perfect; he managed the tires without missing a corner. He regained second after second, leading the Fantic Racing team to its first historic victory in the Moto2 World Championship.

The team worked intensely and deservedly took this victory, a wanted and sought one. In its debut year, it is a demonstration of strength that will inspire enthusiasm for the upcoming race in Barcelona at the Montmelo circuit.

Borja Gomez was also today's protagonist of an excellent race in constant progression. The Spanish rider finished his race in sixteenth position, one step away from the points zone, bringing home his best result of the season.

Celestino Vietti: "When I crossed the finish line, I thought...FINALLY. I am excited about this result. We deserve it. After bad luck in the past few races, we finally reached the podium's top step. I got emotional. Now we have to keep it up. Special thanks to the team who continue working hard every weekend."

Borja Gomez: "We had a good race today. I fought and recovered some positions. Today we were close to the first points of the season, continuing to improve, and we are on the right track."
