Borja Gomez and Mattia Casadei completed their first Japanese GP. The two young riders, who started from the twenty-sixth and thirtieth positions on the grid, respectively, managed to stay in the group during the first laps.
The Twin Ring was a very demanding test because its layout requires a high physical effort for its continuous violent braking. It was a test that severely tested the two riders: in the end, Gomez finished 24th and Casadei 26th.
The next appointment at Mandalika International Circuit is on the weekend of 13-15 October, pending updates on Celestino Vietti's condition.
